UC Davis’s Sustainability office is host to two fellowship programs for the ‘22-’23 academic year. The Bonnie Reiss Climate Action Fellows and The University Climate Change Coalition (UC3) Climate and Environmental Justice Fellow. This team of six graduate and undergraduate fellows joined UC Davis Sustainability in Fall 2022, tasked with improving the sustainability of the Davis and Health campus operations.

On December 12, 2022 University of Indonesia's (UI) GreenMetric shared the 2022 World University Rankings, announcing that UC Davis earned #1 in North America (for a seventh year) and #5 in the World (for a third year). In the last 12 years, UC Davis has ranked in the Top 10 World's Most Sustainable Universities.
Earlier in 2022, Practice Greenhealth named UC Davis Health one of the Top 25 Environmental Excellence award winners, the first time UC Davis Health received this top honor.

UC Davis undergraduate of graduate students (individually or as a team) are invited to identify a climate-related agricultural issue in the Valley, take a position on that issue, and develop a digital or hand-drawn mural proposal that visually communicates that position to the public.
