Purchasing Guide

Environmentally Preferable Purchasing (EPP) is an important step toward making sustainability a reality at UC Davis. EPP is a strategy that seeks to procure products and services with a reduced or minimal environmental impact when compared to other similar products/services that serve the same purpose. UC Davis’ Office of Purchasing and Business Contracts offers this guide to making sustainable decisions about campus purchases.

The Campus Sustainability Assessment project (CSAP)

Web site includes a searchable database of more than 1,200 campus sustainability assessment projects that provides project information, Web sites and contact information and a searchable literature database with more than 500 works related to campus sustainability assessment,amont other resources, including the world's largest electronic and hard-copy libraries of CSA reports and CSA-related literature.
